• In original packaging with all accessories
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days

📋 How to Return

1. Email us at sales@promasktape.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Ship the item to our return address
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days
• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)

📦 Return Shipping

• Defective items: We will cover return shipping costs
• Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

🔧 Warranty

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If your product has a defect, please contact us for a replacement or repair.
